Heating

Though winter may be short, it can still be cold. To bring comfort to your home we provide not only a variety of electrical and gas furnaces, but also offer variable speed units that will save on the rising cost of fuel or electricity.

Our trained technicians will insure your unit is operating safely with a preventive maintenance agreement. This reasonably priced agreement allows you to have an inspection on your heating and air conditioning system twice a year. In addition, it places you on Arctic Air's preferential customer list which gives you first place in emergency calls and 10% off labor rate on repair calls, as well as other bonuses.

Duct Cleaning

Our duct cleaning technicians have been properly trained to clean the "yuck" out of your ducts. We allow you to view the inside of your ducts with a video camera before and after cleaning. By utilizing the Atlantic Air Ultralite Cleaning System your ducts can be as clean as the day they were installed. Because the design of the Ultralite I can be disassembled into sections, its mobility will allow us to reach every square inch of your system so that a thorough cleaning can be accomplished. Rotary brushes and jet finders are used to remove the debris lodged in the walls of your ducts.

As air leaves your ducts it goes through a four part filtration system. The air that leaves the vacuum is pure air that has been strained of all contaminates. This feature prevents mold spores from reentering your home and recontaminating your air ducts.

We also use a bactericide in a midst form that is circulated throughout your heating and air conditioning system. This will inhibit future mold growth. In addition, Arctic Air also provides the Trane Clean Effect System and ultraviolet lights to assist in making the air in your home clean as possible.

Electrical Service

Arctic Air's electrical division is prepared to handle any electrical problem in your home ranging from an outlet change out to a total house rewiring. We also offer electrical services in commercial and industrial settings. New home construction is our specialty and we will work with your contractor to insure a quality job done at the right place.
