I appreciate an honest air conditioning company that wants to do what is in the best interest of the customer. Another company that I called out told me that my outside condenser had to be changed. I called Arctic Air for a second opinion. The Arctic Air technician changed out the capacitor and it has been working fine since. The Arctic Air bill was $110.00 compared to the $3,400 the other company wanted to charge me for a new condenser!

Arctic Air even used a protective mat on top of my hardwood floors when they changed out the furnace. They treated my home as if it was their own.

Though Arctic Air was a little bit higher in price, I'm glad that I made the decision to go with them. My brother couldn't get his gas on this winter. I can also say that the installation job represents the level of quality and excellence Arctic Air is known for.
